Sampling/ Dispensing Booth
Application
A Dispensing Booth, also called a Downflow Booth and Sampling Booth, is normally used for weighing and sampling raw materials in a pharmaceutical plant.
Characteristics
The dispensing booth is a dedicated purification equipment for sampling, weighing, and analysis. It can contain powders and particles within the work area and prevent the operator from inhaling them.
Main Characters
Airex has two types of booths according to different control mode, one is by Varied Frequency Device (VFD), another one is PLC module.
- AE-V negative press dispensing booth adopts a varied-frequency control mode, adjusting the air velocity of the work area by VFD.
- AE-P negative press dispensing booth adopts PLC control mode, with Siemens touch-screen control system. The booth can be automatically adjusted and is kept at a reasonable work state with a built-in air flow sensor, and differential pressure sensor. Meanwhile, an online cleanliness monitoring function can be added on request.
